New Eucharistic Minister

On Friday, 7th March we welcomed Miss S Gorin as a new Eucharistic minister for our school community.
Eucharistic Ministers of Holy Communion serve the family of God by assisting with the distribution of Holy Communion during the celebration of Mass.
When we gather for the Eucharist (the Mass), we gather as a family to celebrate our faith, to be nourished by God’s word, to offer thanksgiving to God the Father for all his gifts, above all the gift of his Son, and to receive the Body and Blood of Jesus. Being called to take on the role of Eucharistic minister is a great privilege, and we are delighted to welcome Miss Gorin into her new role.
Fr Andrew performed the rite of institution during our voluntary Mass and following this, Miss Gorin was able to help distribute Holy Communion alongside Fr Andrew for the first time.
