Admissions

Applications for places at St Mary’s R. C. High School are made in accordance with Herefordshire Local Authority.  All applications must be made using their online process and accompanied by a completed supplementary admission form (SIF) and, where appropriate, a copy of your child’s baptism certificate.  This is an important part of our application process, and your application isn’t complete without it. 

Applications for September 2025 Admission need to be submitted to the Local Authority and St Mary’s R.C. High School by the 31^st October 2024.

St Mary’s admission policy is rigorously applied.  If we have more applications than places, admission to St Mary’s R. C. High School is subject to the oversubscription criteria – please see our Admissions Policy September 2025.

Parents will be notified of their allocated secondary school by Herefordshire Local Authority on the 1^st March 2025.​

Please return the completed supplementary admission form (SIF) and baptism certificate direct to the school F.A.O Mrs Turley, Headteacher’s PA.​
